We do ask that the initial consultation take place during day-light hours so that the technician can see the entire work area and get a full understanding of the services required.

We will work with you regarding your schedule and can even visit you on the week-end if necessary. We will do our best to be as flexible as you need us to be.

You may not be a large company, but you need to work as though you are. Which means that you need access to your Internet, printers, media devices as well as your data files. You can try to connect all of these needs directly to your computer, but then your desk becomes so cluttered that you no longer have any room to actually get any work done.

Business Contracts

Why a business contract?

A Business contract puts you in charge of your computer maintenance. A Business contract means we work for you. If you need us on a day or time that is not scheduled, we will be there within 12 hours. Usually within 4 - 6 hours.

This means your down-time is minimal and your recovery time is not expensive. To call us in, outside of your chosen scheduled time, only costs you $50.00 /hr. Unlike the other companies that will charge upwards of $150+ for "Emergency" service.

Plus you have the added bonus of knowing that your computers are well maintained on a monthly basis and that your computers have the latest Windows and Anti-Virus updates installed. A monthly maintenance can also alert you to a possible hardware problem so that it can be fixed right away rather than having it surprise you in the middle of an important job.

We also defragment your hard drive(s) on a monthly basis to keep your computer(s) running smoothly and efficiently.
